As a Life Redesign Coach – you work directly with the people we support in their own homes at Cambie Garden. Pretty meaningful work, right? And the best part is that a lot of that work is fun. Getting to know people and coworkers, helping them get involved in the community and participating in things that bring them joy is all in a day’s work.
As a CONNECT Partners Professional Coach – take your discipline to a new level. We employ a range of clinicians – from physiotherapists to nurses to occupational therapists. The CONNECT Partners twist is that we look at everything through a coaching lens. So you can apply all of the knowledge and skill you already know in a more focused and engaging way than you ever have before.
As a Support Coach – A variety of people help us deliver the Life Redesign Model at CONNECT. Service Resource Coaches, Decision Support Coaches, People Resource Coaches, to name a few. These roles interact with our employees, as well as the people we support.
